Mentorships

Everybody learns differently. We recognize this. Classrooms and on-demand learning are great, but some people really appreciate one-on-one teaching & training. Our Mentorship program is designed just for that reason. Our Mentors are remarkably successful real estate professionals with a heart for helping others.

  • The Start

    You’ll be matched up with a Mentor by our Director of Brokers taking into account your goals and your style of learning

  • The Process

    Your Mentor has been trained and has a checklist of important items to cover with you, but mostly, they will share the tips and strategies that made them a Top Producing Real Estate Agent.

  • Mentors

    Our Mentors have been screened and have a heart for helping others. They are overseen by our Director of Brokers, Kris Fuller, who is also a multi-state licensed real estate instructor. You will definitely be learning from the best of the best.

  • Compensation

    Your Mentor will receive a Referral/Mentor fee of 25% of your first three transactions. A small price to pay for the invaluable knowledge they will pass on to you.
