We’re searching for a highly motivated sales professional to lead our recruiting efforts. We’re looking for that special people-oriented leader with experience in real estate, HR, sales, or corporate recruiting. You’ve got to have integrity, a great attitude, and a desire to be an integral part of building a phenomenal real estate company! If you are a relationship-builder, this is the job for you.
BRG is a rapidly growing real estate company based in Myrtle Beach with offices throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida.
The job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Recruit sales associates in current and future markets through lead generation, follow-up, and interviews.
- Research competition and find the talent.
- Develop prospecting and marketing strategies for recruitment.
Other Info:
This is a full-time position. Base salary with performance-based bonus and company profit share.
