Krista was amazing to work with! She was super responsive, walked me through the entire buying process, and made me feel confident throughout the process as I was buying sight unseen/ remotely. She understood our goals and checked in with us regularly when anything popped up on the market that met our criteria. Working with Krista was a 10/10 experience. Krista is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond and is quick to solve any problem that creeps up. She communicates in a timely manner and always has your best interest at heart. If need be, I would only use her.

Danny Baxley was the best realtor that we have ever worked with. We moved from out of state and purchased a new home under construction. He kept us informed of progress being made on the house. Very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did we gain a great realtor but a good friend.

I was an out of state buyer looking to buy a second home at the beach, so I really didn’t know the Myrtle Beach market. I researched Myrtle Beach realtors and Krista Knight’s name popped up a few times. I reached out to her with our desires and without hesitation she scheduled a call with me to review in detail my options. She was extremely responsive, and provided great insight and placed an offer on a property which was not accepted. We changed our strategy, and I increased my budget for a place in North Myrtle Beach. After a few days of discussions and weighing the pros and cons of each. We put together an offer that was accepted that evening lower than asking with contingencies, which is unheard of in this market! She was extremely helpful with lining up financing and closing. She setup a time where I could fly in and inspect as one of the contingencies, and everything fell into place. I would recommend Krista to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area.

Justin guided me through the sale of a lot in Little River. His advice was welcomed and considered when making my decision. I did not feel pressured and would use him again if I needed a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area.
